Factoria MC Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Factoria MC Minecraft server, website, Discord server, or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Server”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Server.

Factoria MC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Server after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

Server
Refers to the Factoria MC Minecraft server and all associated services, including the website, Discord server, and community platforms.

User
Any individual who accesses or uses the Server.

Virtual Items
Any in-game items, ranks, currency, accounts, permissions, or services.

Real-Money Trading (RMT)
The exchange of Virtual Items or services for real-world money or value.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in any activity that disrupts gameplay, harms the community, or provides an unfair advantage.

3.1 Cheats, Mods, and Unauthorized Tools

The following are strictly prohibited:

Hacked clients

Movement modifications

Inventory modifications

Health indicators

Radar, ESP, freecam, or similar tools

Auto-place or automation features

Macros, scripts, auto-clickers, mouse tweaks, or scrollers

Any modification that provides an unfair advantage

3.2 Bugs and Exploits

Users may not exploit server bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.

This includes but is not limited to:

Item duplication

Economy exploits

Abuse of unintended mechanics

All bugs and exploits must be reported to staff immediately.

3.3 Economy and Trading Violations

The following activities are prohibited:

Real-money trading (IRL trading)

Cross-server trading

External gambling involving server items

Discord boost rewards tied to in-game benefits

Invite rewards involving real-world value

Selling or buying accounts, items, currency, services, or access outside official Factoria MC channels

3.4 Account and Identity Abuse

Users may not:

Impersonate staff members

Use more than five (5) accounts

Attempt to discover or exploit the server seed

Use alternate accounts to bypass punishments

3.5 Community Behavior

Users must maintain respectful behavior within the community.

Prohibited actions include:

Voice or chat spam

Harassment or threats

Disruptive or abusive behavior

4. Virtual Property

All accounts, virtual items, currency, and data associated with Factoria MC remain the exclusive property of Factoria MC.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use these virtual assets while accessing the Server.

Factoria MC reserves the right to modify, remove, or reset any virtual items, accounts, or data at any time without compensation.

5. Enforcement

Factoria MC reserves the right to take action against users who violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

Warnings

Temporary suspensions

Permanent bans

Removal of items, ranks, or currency

Punishments may be applied without prior notice and may extend to associated accounts.

All enforcement decisions are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Factoria MC may be discussed or accessed through third-party platforms such as:

Discord

Websites

Social networks

Online marketplaces

Factoria MC is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms unless explicitly stated.

Any listings or transactions involving Factoria MC accounts, items, or services on third-party platforms are prohibited unless authorized in writing by Factoria MC.

7. Disclaimer

Factoria MC is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Factoria MC is not responsible for losses resulting from:

Account suspensions or bans

Removal of items or ranks

Server updates, resets, or downtime

8. Trademark Notice

Factoria MC is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

Mojang Studios

Microsoft Corporation

Discord Inc.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
