Factoria MC Server Rules

These rules exist to maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players on Factoria MC. By playing on the server, you agree to follow these rules and respect the decisions of the staff team.

Staff members reserve the right to interpret and enforce these rules at their discretion. Situations may be handled differently depending on context, severity, and player history.

1. Respect and Community Conduct

Players must treat others with basic respect.

The following behavior is not allowed:

Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse

Excessive toxicity or disruptive behavior

Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or similar characteristics

Encouraging others to harass or attack a player

General profanity may be tolerated in casual conversation, but excessive, targeted, or abusive language toward other players is not permitted. Staff may determine when language becomes inappropriate.

2. Chat and Communication

Players should use chat responsibly.

The following are prohibited:

Spamming messages or flooding chat

Advertising unrelated servers, communities, or services without permission

Posting malicious links or harmful content

Excessive use of caps, symbols, or disruptive formatting

Light swearing or casual language may occur, but staff may intervene if it becomes disruptive or inappropriate.

3. Cheating and Unfair Advantages

Using cheats or modifications that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Examples include but are not limited to:

Hacked clients

X-ray resource packs or similar tools

Kill aura, reach, or combat modifications

Auto-clickers, macros, or scripts designed to gain unfair advantages

Any exploit or unintended mechanic that provides an unfair benefit

If you are unsure whether a modification is allowed, assume it is not and ask staff first.

4. Exploits and Bugs

Players may not abuse bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics.

If you discover a bug or exploit, you must report it to staff instead of using it.

Intentional abuse of exploits may result in severe punishments.

5. Griefing and Player Harm

Players may not intentionally harm the gameplay experience of others.

This includes:

Griefing builds or player property

Scamming or deceiving players in trades

Intentionally trapping or repeatedly targeting players to ruin gameplay

Friendly competition and PvP may be allowed where permitted, but malicious behavior designed to ruin gameplay is not acceptable.

6. Accounts and Identity

Players are responsible for their own accounts.

The following are prohibited:

Impersonating staff members or other players

Attempting to bypass punishments using alternate accounts

Sharing accounts in ways that lead to abuse or rule violations

Staff may take action against all related accounts if abuse is detected.

7. Server Economy and Trading

All trading and economic activity must follow server rules.

The following are prohibited:

Real-money trading involving server items or currency

Transactions conducted outside official server systems

Any activity designed to manipulate or exploit the server economy

8. Staff Authority

Staff members are responsible for maintaining order on the server.

Their decisions are final unless reviewed by senior staff.

Staff may take action including:

Warnings

Mutes

Temporary bans

Permanent bans

Removal of items or currency

Actions may be taken even if a behavior is not explicitly listed in these rules if it harms the community or server environment.

Not every possible situation can be listed here.

Staff reserve the right to interpret, enforce, and apply these rules based on context and judgment.

Attempting to exploit loopholes in the rules may still result in punishment.

10. Changes to the Rules

Factoria MC reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time.

Continued use of the server indicates acceptance of the current version of the rules.
